Club Membership Outline & Benefits

♦ Service Response Time - As a Gold Member, you are guaranteed same day service. All Silver Club Members are guaranteed service within 24 Hours of the initial phone call. All Bronze Club Members are guaranteed service within 48 Hours of the initial phone call.
 

♦ Regular Diagnostic Charge - When you request our service, not only will you get us, but at a greatly reduced diagnostic fee. Gold Club Members- the fee for our technicians to come to your home will be only $19. This is a $50 savings. Silver Club Members- the diagnostic fee for our technicians to come to your home will be only $39. This is a $30 savings. Bronze Club Members - the diagnostic fee for our technicians to come to  your home will only be $49. This is a $20 savings.
 

♦ Overtime Diagnostic Charge - When you request after hours service, not only will you get us, but at a greatly reduced diagnostic fee. Gold Club Members- the fee for our technicians to come to your home will be only $39. This is a $150 savings. Silver Club Members- the diagnostic fee for our technicians to come to your home will be only $59. This is a $130 savings. Bronze Club Members - the diagnostic fee for our technicians to come to your home will be only $69. This is a $120 savings.
 

♦ Service Window - Your time is valuable to us, so we will narrow down the service window for you! The Gold Club Member window time will be narrowed down to two hours, the Silver Club Member window time will be four hours, and the Bronze Club Member window time will be 5 hours.  

♦ Parts and Labor Warranty on Repairs ** - Gold Club Members receive a 5 Year Warranty on parts and labor for repairs, Silver Club Members receive a 3 Year Warranty on parts and labor for repairs, and Bronze Club Members receive a 2 Year Warranty on parts and labor for repairs. This warranty applies for as long as your club membership is continuous. If your membership is interrupted, the warranty is no longer valid. The warranty excludes compressors, heat exchangers, coils, and Freon leaks.

♦ Major Equipment Purchase - As a Gold Club Members, you are guaranteed a 7% discount on all major equipment purchases. All Silver Club Members are guaranteed a 5% discount on all major equipment purchases. All Bronze Club Members are guaranteed a 3% discount on all major equipment purchases.

♦ Filtration and Ducts - Service Champions will give Gold Club Members a 10% discount on the purchase of Filtration and Ducts,  a 7% discount to Silver Club Members, and a 5% discount to Bronze Club Members.

♦ Service Repair Discount - We value you as our customer, so we're happy to give you discounts! Gold Club Members are guaranteed 25% off the service repair fee. Silver Club Members are guaranteed 15% off the service repair fee. Bronze Club Members are guaranteed 10% off the service repair fee.

♦ Furnace Precision Tune Up and Professional Cleaning - Your membership includes a professional tune-up on your Furnace, so that you won't be cold during those chilly winter nights.

♦ A/C Precision Tune Up and Professional Cleaning - All Complete Gold, Silver, and Bronze Memberships include a thorough precision tune-up of your Air Conditioning System. One of our highly trained service technicians will come out to your home to get you ready for those warm summer nights.

♦ Condenser - Original Warranty Renewed for September * ** - This warranty starts after the completion of six continuous months of membership. The warranty applies after the tune-up on your air conditioning system has been done within the current season, and has been certified as “OK” by one of our technicians.  This applies to Complete System Gold, Silver and Bronze Club Members.
Gold Club Members— the maximum repair amount is $500. If the repair cost does not exceed $500, it will be no charge. If the repair amount exceeds the limit of $500, you may elect to pay the difference or apply the $500 towards a new system installed by Service Champions.
Silver Club Members— the maximum repair amount is $500 with a $100 deductible. If the repair cost does not exceed $500, all you pay is the deductible. If the repair amount exceeds the limit of $500, you may elect to pay the difference or apply the $500 towards a new system installed by Service Champions.
Bronze Club Members— the maximum repair amount is $500 with a $150 deductible. If the repair cost does not exceed $500, all you pay is the deductible. If the repair amount exceeds the limit of $500, you may elect to pay the difference or apply the $500 towards a new system installed by Service Champions.

♦ Furnace - Original Warranty Renewed for January * ** - This warranty starts after the completion of six continuous months of membership. The warranty applies after the tune-up on your furnace has been done within the current season, and has been certified as “OK” by one of our technicians.

If the repair amount exceeds the limit of $500, you may elect to pay the difference or apply the $500 towards a new system installed by Service Champions.
Bronze Club Members— the maximum repair amount is $500 with a $150 deductible. If the repair cost does not exceed $500, all you pay is the deductible. If the repair amount exceeds the limit of $500, you may elect to pay the difference or apply the $500 towards a new system installed by Service Champions.

♦ Night-Time Service - We are here for you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our staff of service technicians rotate on a night call shift, so that we can serve you at your convenience.

♦ Prepaid- Prepaid option is only available on Gold Club Membership & is non-refundable. There is a 25% administration fee added to the monthly payment. This membership is prorated on a monthly basis and is paid in full at sign-up.

* Warranty applies after the tune-up has been done within the current season, and has been certified as "OK" and your membership has been continuous for six months.
** This warranty is for as long as your club membership is continuous. If membership is interrupted, the warranty is no longer valid. Warranty excludes compressors, heat exchangers, coils and Freon leaks. 

To qualify for all discounts, you must maintain your membership for a minimum of 6 months of continuous membership with no lap in service to receive all benefits.
