The first month payment is collected upon processing. Then, all memberships sold or renewed during the 1st - 15th will be billed on the 5th of the following month and memberships sold during the 16th - 31st will be billed on the 20th of the following month. I understand that the monthly fee will continue until a written notice of termination is received at our corporate office. Allow up to three weeks to terminate processing.
