"Saturday morning I had some service performed on my AC Unit. The service was provided by Mike. Mike was there when he said he ws going to be. Actually he was about three minutes early. I was amazed by the cleanliness of his tools, his work area and most importantly himself. He really did leave everything looking better than what it looked like when h started. He removed and replaced his shoe covers every time he walked in and out of the houe. He brought in a drop cloth when he checked in the attic and even complemented the duct work I recently had done. That is a first for me. Usually I get an 'I would have done it this way response'....e was very knowledgeable and provided helpful answers to all our questions. I do not think he left us with an unanswered question. He walked us through the service he was performing which was nice. Mike is by far the most professional, friendly, and clean service technicians I have ever encountered. Believe me I have seen my share of disasters left behind at my house throughout my years of home ownership.

 "I have never taken the time to write any company regarding the service that was provided to me. I am compelled to do so in this case. I heard your advertisement on the Fish radio and solely because your phone number was so easy to remember, I called it. I went with your company only because of the manner in which I was treated by the girl that answered the phone. She was so nice and professional and took all the time that was necessary to explain the different prices and service I need. I wish I would have written her name down to be able to tell you because at that point I didn't care about cost because of the way she spoke to me on the phone. She couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. If that wasn't enough, once I made an appointment for a service man to come to the house, I was followed up with by phone to make sure I knew exact times the person would be arriving.
The service person that showed up at the house was Frank. He was friendly and professional and took time to show us the problems and gave us several options to choose to solve the problem. We decided on replacing the system, but it was so nice not to be pressured into that at all. The men that showed up to do the work were so nice, again professional and promptly showed up when they were expected.
I can't say enough about what a positive experience this was from start to finish, including the price!

"A neighbor recommended your company because they were pleased with the workmanship and service of your technicians, John and Cisco. I am so glad I asked for them because they did an outstanding job. John, particular, exceeded my expectatins in his willingness to go over and above the call of duty. In this day and age when workmen often try to do as little as possible, John and Cisco worked diligently and even stayed until 8:00 PM to finish the job so I could have heat that night. The inspectr from the city of Huntington Beach was impressed with the duct work Cisco did.
I would not hesitate to recommend your company and these two technicians to my friends.

He arrived at our home around 10am and worked the whole day through until 9pm installing new ducts for our heating and air conditioning, and everything else the job took without a lunch break or any time off more than 5 to 10 minutes to drink water or whatever else he needed to do.
