Zoning makes it possible for everyone to be comfortable. Zoning systems allow heatig and cooling equipment to deliver peak performance without continuing o operate at peak capacity.

You don't have to buy a new heating and cooling system for every room. A zoning sytem uses dampers in your ductwork that open and close as needed based on each zone's thermostat setting.

When a zone is at the selected temperature, and doesn't need to be heated or cooled, the dampers close to save energy and maximize comfort elsewhere. Think of it as controlling your
heating and cooling the same way you control your lights - a thermostat controls each zone to the temperature you choose.
